When Kate took his hand, he smiled and closed his fingers around hers as he pulled her through and into the room he was staying in while they were settled in the castle. Stone floors, stone walls, but with somewhat fine furniture. There was a large bed and desk, not over the top but clean and simple, well made.
Josiah smiled at her as she adjusted from the 'step'.
"It's been rather boring without y'here as well."
He moved to the desk to replace her card into the deck.

no subject
"Awww, little old me? I'm touched."
She leaned closer, and made sure there was more of a view for Doc to see, "How much?"

One hand went to rest on her side, as black eyes looked back at matching ones in her gaze.

"Remember why we're here. Business before pleasure."
no subject
"Well you asked," he teased, looking innocent. "Just was gonna offer to show you, s'all."

A whispered husky tone, "Show me what?"
no subject
"For starters."
no subject
"Pity we don't have another month."

His fingertips trailed along her wrist.
"You been practicin'?"
no subject
"You know it. I'm a good student."

A glance towards the door.
"He ain't no match for us, though."
no subject
"Hope your blade is sharp enough."
