To start off December, Doc talks to Jack.
Two words: SNOWBALL FIGHT!!!
Then he watches Mia work magic and then there's tea, and sometime later he talks to a cat.
Christmas Eve comes and it brings a gift from Will, then Christmas day he meets Ella Harkins and also leaves gifts with Bar for his friends. He and Jack share a drink later.
Also, there's a Happy Hour with Mal and tequila.
New Years Day is spent reflecting and then Doc, Bill Pardy, and Kim Ford learn to fold cranes.
The next day, he meets and welcomes a very dead, very bloody, barber to the Bar.
Tower draws him a card and it leads to more reflection.
Between the card and the reflection, Doc learns about trouble in Kate's world and tries to help Will the best he can.
While trying to contemplate direction, Doc plots, and talks with Ella, and with Billy. He also meets a real dragon and is only somewhat scared. Later he stops in for Happy Hour briefly before talking with Will about women for a bit.
Doc asks Teja about a knife.
When Doc's birthday rolls around, he decides that he is going to celebrate by throwing a bonfire/party out by the inlet, and invites anyone from the bar to come join him. Several people take him up on that offer: James Bond, Kate Bishop, Ella Harkins, Al Calavicci, Belle, Sally Sparrow, Jack Bauer, Ginny Weasley, and Will Scarlett, as well as Teja.
Good conversations are had by all, some light, and some important, and most of all, Doc and Will find out that lighting marshmallows on fire after soaking them in rum makes them quite tasty.
The next morning, Doc and Will spar, and then later, he talks with Johnny Smith.
With some research, Doc finds a date part of him doesn't wish to know, then the next night leaves the bar with Billy.
While they're out of the bar, they stop in to White Oaks for some 'entertainment' and then remember just why the gang will always be better than Garrett and his men -- they're pals.
A week passes, and then they escape Garrett's men once again and find a door in a very interesting place.
The next day, Doc has an interesting dream about his wife and son, and then meets Tempe to talk history, as well as a late night conversation with Sariel.
Then later meets Belar and Lissar, and talks to Will after a slightly disturbing dream.
He also talks to Sarah Jane Smith and then later catches himself singing randomly which Sally sees, and meets Allan A Dale and then sings with Allan A Dale & Bill, as well as meets Marsh.
Broadway goes Brutal, part two, has Doc singing his heart out with guest appearances from Leela and Ginny.
The next day, with his hangover, he talks with Will. He also meets Malcom Crowe.
Mary needs help. Doc and Bill Pardy answer the call and go to the Old Kingdom.
Once he returns, he goes upstairs and then comes back down after a shower. He talks with Nathan and then with Will, before he meets Merlin of Amber.
That meeting quickly turns into an invitation to head upstairs [thread still in progress, adult content] and accepts.
A few days later, he sees Will and Kate off to her world to fight in Marvel's Civil War.
Complete for January 2008
