OOM : Doc's room at Milliways
After Will asks Bar for help explaining his home to Doc and getting the note and food from the Bar, Doc and Will head upstairs to room 25.
Doc's room isn't really that big, with a bed up against one wall and a small table beside it, stacked with a few dog-eared books, topics spanning from poetry, swordfighting, more poetry, and a book of plays.
There is a dresser with a mirror leaning against the wall, and on it are two small folded paper cranes that he took off the bar one day when there were so many, a brown one and a pink one, as well as a thin tin box for his cigarettes, and the stockline record, leather bound sits next to it as well. A corner of the room has several crates that Will will recognize as the bits of wreckage and bottles of rum from the Pearl stacked up neatly. There's a chair by the wall as well and an oil lamp, a pair of eyeglasses sitting next to another small stack of books, but what makes Doc stop and stare is the strange, flat...thing that is now on a small stand against the far wall.
(It's a plasma TV. He has no idea what a plasma TV is, or what that strange thing with the buttons on it is either. All he knows is that he's carrying another strange metal box in his hands and a smaller, more flexible plastic box, and a note from Bar with instructions of a sort. Will, is carrying a pizza and a helpfully packaged six-pack of beer.)
"Well that wasn't there before."

"Well that wasn't there before."

Doc doesn't know if Will would have a chance to meet a king. At least when he wasn't getting in trouble for something.

Time for more beer as the story continues and the Knight and Dragon work together for a time as the King causes trouble.

In mention the rebellion of sorts. He yawns and then finishes off the bottle.

"Women can fight an Marian's smarter than Robin just na supposed to, she does us more good in the castle."
Then he yawns too and leans on Doc, Doc makes a good pillow, it must be the fluffy hair.

"They always run around fighting each other like that? Pissin' contest if you ask me." Another yawn and he stretches and gets more comfortable while still being used as a pillow.

Another yawn and Will stretches out, paying less attention to the movie, its depressing.

Pretty soon they're both asleep and the movie is done. The TV shuts off (somehow) but he won't ask how when he wakes up. Maybe they are supposed to do that.

He doesn't even know if he can hear him but he wraps an arm around him a little.

"Just a nightmare, will be fine."

He's trembling a little, it was a bad nightmare but he's trying to not worry Doc.
no subject
Doc can feel the tremble and it reminds him of how young Will is and that hurts a little.

He can't quite see Doc, but he's turned towards him and curling up a bit more, rubbing at his wrists.
no subject
Doc shifts a little to allow Will to get comfortable and curl up into him a bit and doesn't find it odd at all, because Will is his friend and friends are there for a reason.
"Y'gonna beat them in the end, remember that."
no subject
Then he curls into Doc some more, he's still trembling but Doc's there and he doesn't blame Will.
no subject
He's tired but he's not about to let Will stay up all night so he just keeps his arm around him and stays awake somewhat, he's used to having to keep watch at night when he's with the boys and this is no different.
Doc'll never blame Will because it's not his fault.
